WELCOME
After more than 30 years as a volunteer firefighter and 19 years in local government, I am proud to serve as a New Jersey State Assemblyman representing the 39th District. When I took office on January 12, 2010, I pledged to rise above the partisan politics, protect taxpayers and always represent the interests of my constituents. As a lifelong Republican, I am committed to the core values of fiscal responsibility and free enterprise, and I am honored to be a part of the District 39 team with Assemblywoman Charlotte Vandervalk and Senator Gerald Cardinale. Together with Governor Chris Christie, we will work to make New Jersey more affordable for its residents, bring back businesses, and cut wasteful spending.
For the latest information on the issues I'm tackling in the Assembly, including my efforts to rescind the decal requirements for Graduated Driver License holders ("Kyleigh's Law"), use the "Get Connected" menu at left to visit my blog, follow me on Twitter or join my Facebook page.
I welcome your feedback: if you have any questions, comments or concerns, email me by clicking on the Contact link at left, or at AsmSchroeder@njleg.org.
Best wishes,
